Rare opportunity for spectacular views at Burns Beach

Think BIG, spacious and luxurious at Burns Beach with the latest release of three premium gems just a stone’s throw away from the sparkling Indian Ocean.

The three large homesites offer homebuyers a rare opportunity to create an architect-designed, custom-built home in an award-winning coastal community.

They’ll appeal to the two-storey, grand design home builder.

Two of the large premium blocks directly overlook the community’s $1.8 million dollar Foreshore Park, while the third boasts a spectacular unobstructed panoramic vista of the Indian Ocean.

All three blocks, ranging from 629sqm to 859sqm, give buyers the chance to secure a fabulous coastal lifestyle at a price that’s considerably more affordable than a block in one of Perth’s more established beachfront communities.

While the value of living within 140 metres from the ocean is a wonderful prospect, it’s the priceless benefits it can deliver while you live there that residents will enjoy most – a sense of openness, entertaining on a generously sized balcony as the sun sets, falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and throwing your towel over your shoulder for an early morning swim.

The prospect of buying a large ocean front block with views across a park and the ocean was a major drawcard for Linda and Hannes Basson, who were also attracted to Burns Beach by the new and modern lines of the homes in the estate.

Linda, a clinical psychologist and Hannes, a surgeon, have medical practices which keep them time-poor, so being closer to the beach was also a major factor.

“It was a big thing for me to be on the ocean front, because where we are at Ocean Reef, it’s quite a walk down to the beach,” Linda said.

“We’re always very busy, we don’t have a lot of time so even when I can find 20 minutes, I can’t really get to the beach.”

“But when we move into our new place, I envisage at the end of the day it will be easy to nip to the beach - 20 minutes will get me down to the beach, have a swim, cool off and be back home,” Linda said.

The Basson’s architect, Daniel Walton, has cleverly positioned their two-storey house on the block to maximise the views of the park and ocean.

“We have a nice house with beautiful views in Ocean Reef at the moment and it was important to us to find somewhere with similar views,” Linda said.

Another bonus for prospective purchasers of this special release at Burns Beach – titles have been issued for these three homesites and are ready to build on now.
